Work Examples

  • I'm passionate about data driven decision making. Here are some examples of dashboards and reports I have built for my customer success team/s, including the current CSAT score I have maintained since launching ZenDesk for my global CS Dept.

Game Design

  • Two projects from my game industry days: Yogasphere, a design for a VR based yoga experience, written in 2007, and my submission to the Games For Health competition, FluGames, in which I designed a game to help respond to a flu pandemic (also from 2007)
